Service Description

A full-body workout in 45 minutes! Going from foundational movements to opportunities for challenges, this class has something for everyone! Have your resistance band, small ball, foam roller, small hand weights and Pilates circle ready for any collaboration of props.

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final with no refunds. For all cancelled and rescheduled sessions/class booking, a 24-hour notice is required. If a session/class booking is cancelled within the 24 hour period, the cancellation fee is the cost of the session/class booking. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or at the discretion of the instructor.
